I called this meeting to let you know about a fundraising initiative we're going to get involved in. You may remember we made a donation to Guardian Housing, the charity that creates affordable housing around London.

Rosita:
Oh yes, you helped them with some business with a housing developer, didn’t you?

Daryl:
Yes, that’s right, Rosita. In fact, following the success of that negotiation, I’ve decided that rather than donating to the online fundraising initiative for their environmental sustainability program, we’re going to go one step further and sponsor it

Guardian Housing is a "charity", which relies (опирается) on public donations unlike a "foundation", which is funded privately.

Wow! Daryl, that’s great.

Daryl:
Yeh. Corporate philanthropy is not just something we talk about at Hammer Industries.

Rosita:
Personally, I think this is a great direction for the philanthropic arm of the company to take. Is there anything else we can do for this latest initiative?

Daryl:
I would encourage all of you to volunteer your time and spread the word to help with fundraising. As a company, maybe the next step could be for us to set up our own foundation.

Rosita:
I think that’s a wonderful idea. It’s so important to give back.

Rosita: Wow! Daryl, that’s great.

I think that’s a wonderful idea. It’s so important to give back.

We can say "to set up" or "to create" a "foundation". In relation to business, we say "corporate philanthropy"-корпоративной благотворительности.

Daryl would like his staff to volunteer their free time,

and share the campaign with others to help with fundraising.

He asks his employees to "volunteer" their time and spread the word to help with "fundraising".
