"A kickback" (взятка, откат, вознаграждение) is a form of "bribe"(подкуп, взятка). We also say "to bribe someone".

 kickback  и    bribe = основное различие между этими понятиями заключается в том, что "kickback" связан с возвращением части денег после сделки, тогда как "bribe" - это предложение денег или чего-то ценного в обмен на какие-то услуги или действия.
8. Governments need to find ways to stop fraud in both the public and private sectors.  = The word "fraud" has the same "au" sound and spelling as in "launder".
9. Fraud affects many business people, with many victims of scams being asked for bank transfers for urgent causes.
"Fraud" is a crime; a "scam" (афера) is a deceptive (обман), usually illegal, scheme or trick.
