I agree with you. Both job specs (specification) look great.

But if I were you, I would go with Furious Ltd. They are asking you to work fewer working hours and they offer a healthcare plan. I'd rather have support for that than unlimited vacation time or any other perk.

Ultimately, it's up to you! I'd say go for Furious Ltd. and look up what else they offer.

Shireen personally values time off more than healthcare as a perk.-False-Shireen values fewer working hours and healthcare over other perks.   I'd go for this job if it weren't for the meagre(ˈmiːɡər-скудная)salary.                                          Big companies often misuse their financial muscle power and offer competitive salaries to lure /lʊr/(приманка, заманчивость, манить)talent from other firms. I wonder whether a healthcare plan should be a perk or a right. I'd prefer unlimited vacation time over perks like gym membership or employee discounts.
